We enjoyed the amazing views while visiting Jakhoo Temple and had a thrilling day of adventure activities. The location is unbeatable, right on the bustling Mall Road. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We had such a relaxing getaway here.
One downside was the confusion around our mocktail coupons. The staff dismissed them, saying they were expired, a bit frustrating especially since we were looking forward to them.

Location: the hotel was not far from near-by restaurants for food, and major attractions on Ridge and Mall road. Cafeteria Cafe Nero located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The rooms were good and incredible, the view was good. The bed was extremely comfy, and the staff were amazing people with great service.

The staff offered great service, always accommodating. The breakfast could use improvement. Some items didn't appeal to my taste. A lovely experience in the heart of Shimla.

Breakfasts were good, esp indian food. Room was spacious and clean with splendid view to the city from balcony. The room was clean regularly. Location is convenient, and noise from the street did not disturb us almost.
The hotel is quite old and demand renovation.Staff speaks English badly except one person. Reception does not work properly, forget things like ordering taxi, can not calculate money correctly, you need to double check always (as in each place in India by the way :). Breakfast was promised to start at 8 (which is quite late in comparison to other places we stayed before), and never started at 8, normally 8.30.

Reception staff were unpleasent and uninviting. They could do with a course in customer relations.

Family with children friendly spot
The location was really perfect and just a short walk away from everything good, my kids loved the family menu in the restaurant it reminded me of home cooking. Plus, I had a good view from my room and enjoyed the small balcony, was quite relaxing on cooler evenings.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the service and ambiance provided.

Great location right on the Mall Road for easy shopping and eateries. The city view was okay, but didn't quite deliver those mountain vibes. Plus, the room was cozy and had a nice little balcony to unwind.
Unfortunately, the noise can be a bit unbearable. Trust me, I didn't need a live concert next door to enjoy my stay!

The room's balcony offered fine views of the mountains and the charming town. Dining at the hotel's adjacent café with live music added a lively touch to our evenings. The room service was a bit slow, requiring reminders, and the portable heater struggled to warm the entire space during cold nights. Some confusion arose regarding our mocktail coupons, a minor inconvenience.
